Akirnya pohon yang mereka CINTA-i ditebangnya sendiri, bahkan mereka sudah di-Ingatkan oleh para pengelola hutan katanya "kok pohonnya ditebang kan kasihan" orang desa menjawabnya "kenapa terserah kita dong, kita kan yang tanam dan terserah kita dong, mau nebang apa gak. Masalah buat lu !!" Padahal dulu mereka ngomongnya kita harus mewarisi hutan ini untuk anak cucu kita besoknya supaya tidak kelaparan.

Pembuatan Antena Wajan Bolic

    A.    Peralatan pembuatan Wajan Bolic dengan Wireless USB  

Peralatan yang diperlukan dalam pekerjaan mekanik pada pembuatan antenna antara lain :

• Gergaji besi
• Mesin bor
• Kikir bulat diameter 0.8 ~ 1 cm
• Kikir bulat diameter 0.3 ~ 0.5 cm
• Kikir ½ lingkaran diameter +/- 1 cm
• Penggaris
• Cutter
• Kunci shock / kunci inggris
• Tang
• Tang potong
• Solder & timah
• Papan kayu untuk alas pengeboran dan mesin bor
• Kabel extender listrik
• Besi lancip / paku untuk penandaan yang akan dibor
• Palu
• Pipa +/- 1“  dengan panjang  2  M sebagai tower antenna ( Optional )

B.     Bahan pembuatan Wajan Bolic dengan Wireless USB

Bahan-bahan yang diperlukan untuk pembuatan antenna :

• Wajan / Tutup panci alumunium bekas diameter min 50 cm atau lebih
• Pipa PVC 3” bekas  Panjang  20 cm / lebih
• Tutup pipa 3” : 2 buah
• Aluminium tape / alumunium foil / alumunium bekas rokok
• Plat L dari bahan non logam untuk dudukan USB wireless adapter
• Tie wrap / tali plastic kecil /tali krek
• Mur baut kecil panjang < 2 cm : 2 buah
• Baut tanggung dengan mur 2 buah panjang +/- 3 cm untuk  meng-klem tutup pralon dengan wajan
• Plat L bahan logam & Baut U (optional)
• Rubber tape / lakban
• Silikon rubber / lem
• USB Wireless adapter

TAHAP PENGERJAAN

      1.      Menyiapkan semua bahan dan peralatan yang dibutuhkan.

       2.      Melubangi wajan tepat di tengah wajan tersebut seukuran baut 12 atau 14, cukup satu lubang saja.

       3.      Melapisi wajan dengan aluminium foil.

       4.      Mengukur diameter wajan, kedalaman wajan dan feeder/ titik focus. Untuk lebih jelas nya silahkan liat gambar di bawah.
Contoh :
Dw = 7 cm, d = 20 cm maka jarak titik focus dari center dish

                      F = Dw² : 16 x dw

       5.      Memotong PVC paralon sepanjang 20 cm, kemudian beri tanda untuk jarak feeder nya (daerah bebas aluminium foil). Untuk menentukan panjang feeder nya gunakan rumus di atas. 

        6.      Memberi lubang pada bagian paralon untuk meletakkan USB dari dalam. 

       7.      Selanjut nya, mengbungkus PVC paralon dengan dgn aluminium foil pada daerah selain feeder, klo aluminium foil yang ada tanpa perekat, maka untuk merekatkan nya bisa menggunakan lem castol.

        8.      Menyambung kabel USB extended dengan kabel UTP.

        9.      Meletakkan USB Wifi di dalam paralon.

      10.      Melubangi bagian tengah tutup paralon.

     11.      Kemudian membaut wajan dengan tutup tersebut.

     12.      Melapisi tutup paralon dengan aluminium foil.

     13.      Menancapkan kabel USB extended ke USB Wifi.

     14.      Wajan bolic siap digunakan.
